Blade @ 54TH

Blade @ 54th will house 70 troubled mothers and single-parent families for a short-term time period. In Blade fashion, we plan to build a supportive environment to assist community members in need gradually achieve stable housing.

This project will be delivered collaboratively with the help of the local community in which it will operate. This translates to the creation of an Advisory Board to receive community feedback through our Good Neighbor Protocol.

The purpose of this redevelopment project is to welcome unhoused individuals to the community through transit-oriented development. By extension, this means close proximity to jobs, social services. and community amenities.
