Blade @ 42ND

Blade @ 42nd will serve up to 30 unhoused youths for a long-term period of time and provide residents with consistent support, services, and amenities.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment which will assist marginalized members of the community quickly achieve stable housing and cater to their needs by locating them near social services and convenient amenities.

The end purpose of this development project is to give those individuals access to jobs through transit-oriented development.
